Dr Santosh Kumar Rout is working as an Asst Professor in Political Science in Fakir Mohan College, Balasore under the Govt of Odisha. He has written and published more than 5000 poems, stories and research articles in different national and international literary magazines and journals till date. He is a Padmashree Nominated trilingual Writer and Poet. He has received the Noble Prize for Literature from Kurdistan International Literary Association,Iraq and Poets and Writers Magazine, USA in 2025. He is also awarded as the Best Writer and Poet Award from the French Institute of International Relations, International Literary Association, Bangladesh, South Africa and Tunisia in 2025. He has also received the Best Writer,Poet and Story Teller Awards from different literary institutions from India.He is acclaimed as one of the literary legends from Odisha,where he received many literary awards from different literary institutions.
