We do not tolerate any content in Published Works/ Inputs which reveals personal information of any person without their consent. Specifically:

Do not publish information which is capable of identifying an individual, without such individual’s permission.

Posting information about public figures must be limited to such information which is freely available or information which has been legally accessed.

Do not publish any personal information or sensitive personal information or data of anyone without their prior consent. Personal information and sensitive personal information or data can include, but is not limited to, photographs, personal communication through email, chat or any other form, residential address, bank account details, sexual orientation, gender identity, government issued identification or other documents, IP addresses, or any details not known to the public at large.

Do not publish any information which is received through/ accessed as a result of unlawful acts by any person including but not limited to hacking.

Do not publish any information that discloses the offline identity of someone or links a person’s offline identity to their online identity or any other such activities which may be classified as doxing.

Do not publish anything, or use any of Our Services or Features to, which provides instructions or encouragement or incitement to violation of the privacy of individuals or targeted violation of privacy of an individual or group of individuals.

Do not publish any information that may amount to confidential, classified or proprietary information of a body corporate including but not limited to any financial information of such body corporate, trade secrets, technical data or instruction manuals.

Do not post any information about anyone that violates any law in force at the time.
We will take strict action if we receive any report by a person against images that it:

exposes the private area of any individual person.

shows any individual in full or partial nudity or shows or depicts any individual in any sexual act or conduct.

impersonates any individual in an electronic form, including through artificially morphed images.
Additionally, a User may request the Company to deactivate his/her profile and the Company will proceed to do so. Upon deactivation, the Users Published Works/Inputs will no longer be shown on the Website/Application to other Users. However, if the User logs on to the Website/Application afresh, such Published Works/ Inputs will become visible again
